Journey Class,Online
This class will include a discussion of the word 'Journey', the Claires (our senses as intuition or knowing), a partial introduction and discussion of how to create a healthy container/boundaries, and work with the imaginative, 'shamanic' journey time realms. The word ‘shaman’ originates from Russia, and there are many words across all continents for such work. Not everyone journeys for others, however to learn to safely trust and journey for yourself, can be a gift and birthright of healing. Different cultural perspectives offered- considering the diversity of our ancestral lines. We may all do it differently - yet it usually includes rhythm or song, in the form of Seidr (Staff work), Song, Drum, Rattle, Rocking Chair, or rhythmic walking (Lemiscate work) are all welcome. All will be discussed.
This session is introductory, however all welcome. If you are new to this world, consider bringing a jar full of ancestral seeds, and ask them to be your allies as a Rattle for the evening.

Discussions of Soul Retrieval: Healing of Lost Parts of Self & Stuck Memories
This session is an exploration of the concepts of ‘soul retrieval’, ‘soul theft’, ‘soul loss’ and ‘extraction’. It will be a discussion of how to explore working with these healings, in a collaborative way ~ between healer and ‘healee’. Different perspectives from different ancestral lines will be considered, and different approaches to ‘self journeys’, guided ‘journeys’, memory release & calling home parts of the self, all while acknowledging the body as home. This work may come from earlier in life, from challenging relations, or with regards to projections/thought forms from others, which have gotten stuck in a person’s identity.
The session will include discussion for tending bodies/spirits/soul parts who are not ready or willing to return/ have some parts return.
Like all instructional sessions, can touch on trauma in our tissues and memories - please come with this awareness for yourself and others.

Circles of Stars, Written in Bone
These sessions. Are for the awkward ones, the Wyrd, the Shy, the energetically Loud . The ones who hear their bones telling stories . Who have whispered them to the Stars. For the ones who hum along with HoneyBee . Sing in their sleep. And cannot quite express their feelings in words. For those who watch the Plant friends grow. Walk with Animals as Kin. For the ones who remember Unicorn, Dragon and Fae. Who love Bear, Raven and Shark. Who dream at night with the Prophets . Who recall the ancient Oracles in glimpses, in the skin tingles, birdsong and intuitions. The Shapeshifters. The Creation Singers. The wise ones, the old souls. The grandmothers in waiting, from the day they were born.
This is a weekly session of 1.5 hours, for three months (Sept/Dec & Jan/April). It is for those who are wanting consistent connection with magical community. We will explore different magical themes/stories, work of joy, work of shadow (including the collective witch hunt wound), and journey work. The last 1/2 hour will be quest work, for any questions the group wishes to explore, and journey with together. (All journey techniques welcome). A plant ally will join us for each month, and we will work with their ebb and flow as well.

Homeopathy Class: In two parts
Part 1: This class will explain the basis of Homeopathy, its her/history, the concepts of acute/constitutional remedies, and exploration of remedies made from animal milks, plants, minerals. You will leave with a better understanding of Homeopathy, and a knowing of how to create a First Aid Kit for your home, family & pets, and if you are a practitioner, when to refer out.
Part 2: A session for practitioners, or for those who are deeply curious and willing to explore + refer when needed. This session includes a discussion of the gorgeous ‘birth remedies’, made from umbilical cord, placenta, amniotic fluid, breast milk and so on… Also the imponderables (Star lights, Weathers) and Gem stones.

Healing the Curse & Tending the Word, the Art of Wordsmithing
Many cultures have long indigenous her/histories of magic and capacities to curse with words (as well as bless, pray, manifest), and these they can live on, in the ancestral lines. We will explore these concepts, and begin to learn the art of diagnosing and unwinding such stagnant pain and thought forms, as a form of releasing, healing and liberating. Learning this type of unwinding/healing is an appreciation of the power of words that are aimed at others, or the power of thought forms that are left in the body, stagnating and spinning.
The WordSmith learns to tend the power of Her Word, walk Her lines, unwind the past thought forms that have accumulated over generations and caused harm. S/he also learns to tend Her own tongue, heal the words and curses She has spun, when hurt or in anger towards others. Weaving and healing at some of its finest. This is a 2.5 day which is instructional session, teaching you how to work this in your own life, and when ready, with others. All ancestral backgrounds welcome. Application required.

Space Tending & Energy Hygiene
This is session focuses on tending your own body as an energy ‘field’ and then extending out to the fields around you, of family, home, and land. As well as learning to ask permission, acknowledging original ancestors & languages, supporting land guardians/ spirits in your personal space and home.
This will include techniques for keeping energies body and space, body transforming and fluid on a regular basis, by tending and supporting its spiritual hygiene.
Different perspectives from different ancestral lines offered.
There will also be a discussion of how to create held dream/sleep time space.
This session is best taken after the Journey Class, unless you have previous Journeying experience.

Here, we seek for the medicine, find the moving pieces, the metaphors, the action and all the elements for creating a healing, moving, transforming the old into the new, beauty making & a tending of dreams for movement of stagnation.
Spend this New Year’s Day tending your past & loving/reweaving the dreams of your future… with the support of ‘Mind Rooms’, an ancient form of magical perspective.
Remembering ways that we can embody change in our life, through particular lenses symbolic acknowledgement, magic, ritual movement, the plant allies, are important for maintaining spiritual health, connecting to our lives, integrating & metabolizing with our ancestries and lands.

Seidr Work, Work of the Staff & Wand
An iron age magick practice, based on Land, Song and Staff, well known across Iceland & Northern Europe, the Volvas (Seidr practitioners) were known as Seers & Oracles in their communities. As those lands were christianized, their power was feared to the point of their graves being boarded up when they died,
so that they wouldn’t return.
Well, we have returned!
Seidr work has been in a revival over the past thirty years…
Seidr is the work of the Staff, which we learn in the Collective Ritual Session StarSong. This session is a discussion of what we know about Seidr via ancient text, and its revival, as a non appropriated journey method to those with northern european lines. This work will include personal practice and collective quest work.

This is the work of remembering that there are many Spirit realms which surround us, which often have been widely forgotten/hidden along ancestral lines. Souls, with ancestral connections and beyond, can become attached, stuck, suffer and cause suffering to those in the living realms, for a myriad of reasons.
This is a practice of supporting all of us to a more healed place.
Learning how to recognize, assess, meet and support both the space and all Souls involved is part of this teaching. The lineage I stand within, is based in Buddhist roots, but is most certainly not restricted to that belief system only, they simply have held their belief systems intact through current colonial thinking/systems.
There are teachings of such spirit work across the continents, some lost, some in remnants. In my work, it is often ancestors who are overshadowing our current lives, with unreconciled stories and untended pains/passings. This includes Spirits who have not come all the way through, due to miscarriage or terminations, and who are now also ancestors. Also animal, magical, land kin and elementals.
This work requires an ability to journey in grounded ways, to be honest, compassionate, and work to acknowledge there are many belief systems across the planet, and your lineages, with regards to death, dying, and Souls.
This is a 2.5 day session which is instructional, teaching you how to work this in your own life, and when ready, with others. All ancestral backgrounds welcome.

Plant Journeys, Ancestral Plant Stories
There are no words for how it feels when a plant expresses themselves to you.
They do not communicate like we do. So listening is inter species work ! You gotta get into your plant self in order to listen.
Your ancient, quiet or dancing, imaginative, remembering self.
This can happen in a flash, or over many plant meetings. Let’s be clear, plant life is said to be 500 million years old. Plants are all our Ancestors. We are not discovering them, they are holding patient space for us. So listening is an ancestral remembering.
Speak with plants in your life, in your body, the ancient healers. They do not forget you.
These are shorter evening sessions that are for those who you like to explore their relationships with plants. The sessions will include listening, tasting, dreaming and finding the ancestral of a plant ally.
